If for any reasons, our product did not make you smile, please contact us and we will make it right.


How to Return Your Item


1. Request the return with a valid reason through e-mail within 7 days after receiving your package . ( IMPORTANT: Returns sent to us without prior notification through e-mail can not be processed.)

2. Provide your order number and list of items you will be returning in the e-mail. Make sure the products are eligible for return. We will not accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged, stained or scented. Items must have tags and labels still intact to be accepted for returns or exchanges. Beabie reserves the right to refuse any compromised items affected by the individual factors mentioned above. 

3. We will go over your order and return request, then send you a confirmation e-mail to send back the items to us with the return address.

4. Return the unwanted product(s) in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, free of stains with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Please write the return confirmation number on the return package or inside the package. You can find this in the e-mail we sent you.

5. We do not provide return labels at this time so please use your most convenient way of shipping to ship it back to us. After you ship the shipment, please let us know the tracking number so we can insure the delivery.

6. We will refund you the returned item(s) with the method of your original purchase within 7 days of receiving the package at our Los Angeles Headquarter. 

Please note the original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable. 

*If one of these conditions is not respected, please contact our customer service before returning the product(s) and wait for our reply. If we notice that there is an issue with the returned product(s) and you did not inform us beforehand, you will not be refunded for the wanted product.
