Shipping Policy


  • All orders on our website are processed in our Los Angeles Headquarter.
  • We require 1~3 days to process your order from the date of order confirmation and ship it via our carriers.
  • For standard shipping, we use USPS and it takes about 2~6 business days for delivery.
  • If you want expedited shipping, please select the shipping options while checking out.
  • We offer free domestic shipping on orders of $80 or more.
  • All shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For international orders, it is the customer's responsibility to pay customs or import taxes. If our packages are refused by the border due to customs, customer should reach out to us to get it redelivered.
  • We ship to the address inputed in the final order. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are not responsible for refused deliveries due to incorrect addresses. 
  • We will do our very best to ship your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to unexpected circumstances.
  • If there is any shipping issue with your package, please contact us and we will resolve it with you.
  • For Lost or stolen packages: If you purchased Route during checkout, please file a claim within 7 days of the last shipping update. It is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim via the Route claim website. If you have not purchased Route during checkout, customer should file a claim via USPS or other shipping carrier that was used. If there is any problem during this process, please e-mail us and we will be with you.
